A wonderful experience working with Danny. We were looking for a new Jetta 2024 SE for my husband as his commute car. Jetta satisfies everything. Updated system, leatherette seats, sun roof and $4000 cash discount!! Danny is very patient and professional. If you are looking for an economic and practical car with 35/41 mpg, Jetta is one of the best choices.
I purchased a vehicle from out of state and it was one of the easiest experiences I've had with buying a car through a dealership. Had a very scary driving experience on Sunday, 9/22 where I hydroplaned near O'Hare airport. I knew one of my tires was more worn than the others and had planned to get new tires the week of 9/23. However, I had no idea all tires needed to be replaced. I arrived at the Subaru Service Dept in Countryside at 6:40am hoping to get my car in. I was met by Jamie, who told me they would take it in immediately. I was even given a loaner. Had my car back in 3 hours. Very impressed with Countryside's Service Department...especially Jamie.

Courteous service. Had a minor concern on new VW. Performed my routine service and checked my concern to find a part not performing. Ordered part. Should mention that another dealer claimed my concern was not a problem and function was normal. Kudos to Autobarn techs for finding fix for issue.

As usual, the service and service writers are always great. I have probably had Jonathan as my service writer the most times, including yesterday, and as always, he is very friendly and helpful in getting our cars back on the road after repairs or oil changes.
The staff here are amazing and very friendly. They always answer my questions and make excellent recommendations. I save more money and never have to worry after I leave with my Forester. They take good care of all their customers. Highly recommend them.

My partner and I drove from Ohio for Chicago for a fun week and my car shook the entire way. I called Subaru and despite being booked they fit me in and had a plan with a reasonable price point in 1.5 hours. They were able to get everything done the same day and the loaner car they provided at no cost was fun to drive. I never thought I would describe repairing a car during a weekend vacation as convenient. Our service advisor was -outstanding- and reminded me why I broke from a family of Toyotas to go with Subaru ...
