My first service for 2024 Subaru SOLTERRA was great. Service was on-time and explaination of what happened with car. Even had my car washed.
Took vehicle in due to recent recall and I was assisted expeditiously. My vehicle was in and out as I witnessed how busy they were. The loaner was ready for me so there was no laspe in me making it to work on time.

I brought my car in for a second opinion and was helped by Carlos S. He walked me thru everything they were doing and what they found. This is the second time my headlight has gone out in less than 4 months and I no longer felt like VW of downtown was fixing it properly since it happened again so quickly. I believe that Carlos and team will get the headlight fixed properly and I will not have to return again any time soon.
Autobarn employees were very professional. And a wonderful job with diagnosing and fixing the problem with my 2020 Mazda Cx30. I would highly recommend Autobarn to my friends and family.

I recently had a great experience with autobarn Subaru while purchasing my last car. The car that I called about was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. The paperwork and process was clear and concise. Cameron and the whole team did a great job getting me into the car that I wanted at a fair price. Highly recommended.
The service was great and all involved were very knowledgeable and made my experience smooth and easy.
Carlos is a great advisor. His communication was fantastic and he was persistent in trying to determine the issue with my car. The dealership is clean with friendly professional staff and my daughter loved the free snacks. Bill Jacob’s is closer in proximity to me, but I’ll happily drive 30 mins to Autobarn for the quality of their work and overall better experience.
The whole team was wonderful to work with! From the moment I walked in, they listened to my needs. They all worked together to accomplish me walking out the door happy and excited with my new purchase. They even went above and beyond to get me out of the door in a matter of a couple hours to make it to my son’s first Christmas performance. Very friendly staff with excellent customer service! Dealership is very clean with some very cool cars on the showroom floor! I was greeted immediately after walking in and helped within seconds. I appreciate the ease and smoothness of the operation at this dealership. From sales to maintenance department. We bought our VW Atlas from them. Four years later we still handle all maintenance through Autobarn because we know things will be taken care of. Most recently in for service and they spotted a windshield chip I knew about. Something I expected would need a separate visit to a different repair shop. They took care of it in house and saved me time and money.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Subaru. We’ve had Jay helping us and I really appreciate how honest he was in answering all of our questions. He wasn’t pushy or nonchalant like some of the sales car people tend to be. I was on the fence about buying Subaru, but ended up getting a Forester and couldn’t be happier with my choice. If you’re considering getting one as well, make sure you visit this particular location, you will not regret it.
Carlos was very knowledgeable and aware of Volkswagen policy. The same door handle broken twice in nine years is not normal. He was very understanding. We love our beetle, but this is an engineering flaw.

I worked with Julian in the service department, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Had a cam cover gasket replaced they did a good job and got the repair done quickly.
