Sal listened carefully to the issues I was having with my car and made suggestions which allowed for diagnosis rather than a band-aid repair. Sal was courteous and efficient and thorough. I felt confident and comfortable about the plan for repair. Sal went out of his way to make sure I knew what was going on throughout the process, and was up front with costs, based on possible needed repairs. I even got the car back the same day! I have always been treated with respect and care at this dealership, regardless of who helped me and will continue to trust the service and care at this dealership. I bought a manual 2019 Jetta and Nico was my salesman. I learnt driving in a manual car like 22 years back and had not driven a manual for 16-18 years. Nico not only made the process easy but also helped me with a quick refresher and we test drove the car twice as i was a bit nervous. He also helped me after the sales as i had further questions about car features and driving in general. Overall i recommend buying car from this dealership and especially recommend Nico.

I normally don't write reviews, but the service department at Autobarn VW exceeded my expectations in every possible way. After a bad experience at another dealership they took hold of my situation and made my experience amazing and as stress free as possible. From giving me a loaner while my car was being serviced, to keeping me in the loop on everything (even while I was out of the country for a few days), to making sure I left with a problem-free, spotless clean vehicle, they truly were the best! I have worked with Scott for almost 2.5 years and he has provided excellent service for a variety of my car's needs, including body repair, engine and suspension issues, and routine maintenance. Most recently, he helped repair a flat tire caused by one of Chicago's infamous potholes. As I had an appointment close to the dealership, Scott sacrificed his much-needed lunch break to come put on a spare tire and drove my car back to the dealership to put on the new tire, then delivered my car back to me. After ~6mo of owning my car and bringing it in for service, I found myself exclusively working with Scott. Although all the Autobarn employees provide excellent service, Scott is one of the most honest and genuine advisors I have ever worked with. Come see him while you can, because if the dealership is smart he will be in a management position very soon!
