Brought my car in for a cracked windshield and received great service. They explained the process of the replacement and worked with my insurance company on the cost. Jonathan kept me informed of the state of the repair and offered a courtesy car if needed.
I called on Friday for a Saturday appointment(I had something else canceled) and was pleasantly surprised that they booked me for Saturday. Check-in person was very friendly. Dropped the car off and picked it up later, no surprises. Snacks and drinks to boot!!!
Saban is a great mechanic; Scott is great at service. I only had an oil change and had Saban check for a rattle sound on an older Toyota.
The service department had me bring in my car as tire pressure light on and I feared a tire going flat. Before I got onto 290, made a quick call and was told to come right in! As usual, totally professional staff reassuring that it would be taken care of that afternoon. Two hours later (NO APPOINTMENT!!) I was on my way. Did not miss a going-away party 5-6pm, nor my 7 yr. old grandson's debut theater performance at his school.
Samuel Schwager was a cooperative and knowledgable employer in discussing my problem regarding service issues with another dealer. Then he proceeded to program a new smartphone to my car.
They were ready for me at the time of my appointment,and explained what service was needed. As usual, the time period for what they needed to do was perfect.
Excellent experience both in terms of response to inquiries via internet and to the personal contact with the salesmen. Followup to check on my learning curve with the car is appreciated.
